Installing and uninstalling
--------------------------------

You must uninstalling any existent version of the phD Electronics (including the Demo version) before you proceed the installation of this version. After you have uninstalled any version of this software you need to restart your computer, before you install another (or the same) version again.

Unzip the file phded_e.zip. Double-click in the file Setup.exe and follow the instructions.

General view 
--------------------------------

phD Eletrnica is a software that makes cross-references between semiconductors, and shows all available replacements. To give more functionality, the software have internal modules that identify resistors and capacitors, a Repair database and a library of Technical Texts (both expansible by the User). This Demo version has a limited number of semiconductors archived in its database and the 'Save' options are disabled.

The Help is available in HTML format and needs a browser to visualize it.
